Jesse Blazo, Co-Founder of Suma Uta and Finca La Frecuencia, is a talented musician, dedicated father, and experienced Chinese Medicine Doctor from Michigan, USA. He practices Sound Healing, Qi Gong and Tai Chi Movement.
Driven by a deep passion for holistic healing and creative expression, Jesse co-founded Suma Uta alongside his partner, Tala, to create a space where like-valued folk can thrive. He is responsible for the vision and development of the project.
In his personal work he blends his knowledge in traditional Chinese medicine with his artistic spirit to inspire and nurture others on their personal journeys.
His vision for Suma Uta is a harmonious fusion of ownership and network building, designed to foster individual creativity and growth.
Tala Al-Khudhairi

Tala, Co-Founder of Suma Uta, is a Sound Therapist, chef to the famous kitchen at Finca La Frecuencia Retreat Center, and rockstar Mama among other things.
Sound has always been a powerful force in her life — a compass guiding her inward, a tool for healing, and a bridge to deeper human connection. Through it, she has helped others find inner strength, emotional equilibrium, and spiritual alignment.
For her, Suma Uta is a space to retreat, rest, and reconnect — with oneself, with loved ones, and with an aligned tribe.
More than just a physical place, Suma Uta is a dream woven into reality: a home where community, ancestral wisdom, and sacred silence coexist to nourish the soul.
